Dear guests,
So that all guests can enjoy a perfect chalet, we ask you to comply with the following house rules. With your booking and arrival, we assume that you accept to abide by these house rules in their entirety.
#1 General
As guests you may use all items that are in or belong to the chalets. Please handle all items, equipment, and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care. Please ensure your fellow travellers are aware of these rental conditions.
#2 Kitchen
The chalet's kitchen furnishings are of the highest quality, so please be careful with the kitchen equipment and machinery. Please make sure the dishes, pots and cutlery are dry before storing them in the cabinets. Please make sure you use coasters when placing hot dishes on the tables or worktop. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please ensure the Interior of the oven and fridge are clean before departing.
#3 Damages
Should damage occur, please let us know using the contact details provided, so we don’t find out after your departure. Guests are generally liable for damages, amount to replacement costs.
#4 Duty of Care
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and ensure all fellow travellers and relatives comply with the rental conditions. The front door should always be closed and locked when leaving the house. Windows should also be closed when leaving the house to avoid possible damage from bad weather or burglaries. Water and electricity should be used appropriately. Awnings and parasols should be closed or retracted after use.
#5 Cleaning
To avoid permanent damage, dirt, spills or liquids on the furniture and work surfaces should immediately we wiped. Before departing, please ensure the house is clean swept and all dishes have been cleaned and returned to the closets. Appropriate cleaning equipment and materials can be found on site. Please ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once during the day for 5-10 min and especially after showering or after the sauna, to avoid mould growth. Generally avoid high humidity levels in the house. Thank you for adhering to the house rules and treating the chalet with care! We wish you a nice holiday and a pleasant stay!
#6 Trash
No waste, leftovers, harmful liquids or the like should be poured down the kitchen sink, the toilets, the sinks or showers. Avoid anything that might lead to pipe blockage. Please always use a garbage bag when using the bins and knot these before discarding.
Waste needs to be disposed at the waste collecting points in the Chalet Park and needs to be separated into organic, paper, glass, plastic, metal
#7 Night Rest
This is a residential neighbourhood, and we therefore ask that you adhere to quiet rest hours between 22:00 and 7:00.
#8 Internet / WiFi
Wireless internet is provided free of charge in the chalets (access code in the guest folder). Usage is at the guests of risk. The landlord will not be held liable for any damages relating to the tenant’s use of the wireless internet connection.
#9 Multimedia Technology / Consumer Electronics / Home Control
Please take special care when handling the multimedia technology or the digital control systems. All information necessary to operate the system can be found in our guest folder.
#10 Non-Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the chalet. Only smoke outdoors, an ashtray is provided on the terrace. Dispose of the completely cooled cigarette buds in the garbage bin and not outdoors.
#11 Gas Fireplace
Please don’t place any items on the fireplace when it is in operation due to the high heat.
#12 Parking
Guests can park directly in front of the chalet.
#13 Householder's rights
The landlord reserves the right to enter the premises without the guest’s knowledge if immediate repairs are necessary.
#14 Key / Access System
The chalet has a key safe. The code is provided at check-in.
